Why our jewelry is non likely to tarnish. Overtime without proper care jewelry can experience discoloration, due to multiple factors including exposure to harsh chemicals, moisture, and humidity.

Eventhough our jewelry is made from durable material, We highly recommend taking care of your jewelry to keeps it's lifespan.

 

Follow these simple instructions to help your jewelry last longer.

• Store jewelry in a dry area. A JXL jewelry box or zip top bag is provided with each order.
• Try to prevent your jewelry from rubbing against each other and bumping into countertops.
• Allow creams, lotions, and perfume to fully absorb into your skin before putting on your jewelry.
• Be sure to wipe jewelry completely dry after contact with moisture, such as swimming, showering, and exercising. (all orders come with a JXL jewelry cloth.)

 

Warranty 

We offer a six-month to one year warranty for all items accompanied by proof of purchase. Our warranty covers any defective or damaged products, including jewelry that may break.
